As part of your stay at Samaraya, you are invited to enjoy three complimentary movement classes every day, designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and feel your body in a deeper and more natural way.

Each day offers a different combination of practices such as Yoga, Pilates Reformer, Mobility, Aerial Yoga, Deep Release, Tai Chi, and water-based sessions in our warm therapy pool, all guided in a calm and supportive atmosphere.

It’s a unique opportunity to experience a variety of movement approaches during your stay and discover what feels best for your body and mind.

Aerial Yoga – Restorative

Gentle and supportive hammock practice.

With the hammock set low, the class focuses on slow, mindful movements, spinal decompression, and calming inversions that nurture the nervous system.

Benefits: Relaxes the body, reduces stress, increases joint mobility, and provides a floating sense of ease.

Aerial Yoga – Fitness

A dynamic aerial workout combining strength, stamina, and playfulness.

The hammock is used for resistance, core training, and cardio-based sequences that elevate energy while keeping the body supported.

Benefits: Builds strength, improves stability, enhances flexibility, and boosts vitality.

Aerial Yoga

A playful hammock practice combining gentle inversions and spinal release.

This class relieves pressure from the back and neck while creating a unique sense of lightness and freedom.

Benefits: Decompression, flexibility, strength, and relaxation.

Pilates Reformer

Pilates Reformer is a guided movement session using the Reformer machine to improve posture, strength, flexibility, and body awareness.

The adjustable resistance of the machine allows exercises to be adapted to different levels, making the practice both supportive and effective.

The class focuses on controlled movement, core stability, and balanced muscle activation while promoting ease of movement and injury prevention.

Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

Breath & Release

A guided breathwork class to open, free, and strengthen the breath.

Combining conscious breathing techniques with self-release for the respiratory muscles, the class expands lung capacity and relieves tension in the chest and diaphragm.

Benefits: Improves breathing efficiency, reduces stress, boosts energy, and enhances relaxation.

Qi Gong

An ancient Chinese practice of gentle, flowing movements and mindful breathing.

The class harmonizes body and mind, enhancing energy flow (Qi) and cultivating inner calm.

Benefits: Improves vitality, balances energy, reduces stress, and supports overall well-being.

Deep Release

A slow and mindful class is designed to release deep tensions in the body.

Through guided movements, breath awareness, and the use of props, participants experience fascial release, improved mobility, and a sense of deep relaxation.

Benefits: Relieves chronic tightness, enhances breathing capacity, and restores balance in posture and movement.

Yoga


This yoga class is a balanced and accessible practice that combines movement, breath awareness, and relaxation to support overall well-being.

The session may include elements from Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga, helping improve flexibility, posture, strength, and body awareness while reducing stress and tension.

Suitable for all levels, the class offers a calm and supportive environment where each participant can move at their own pace and reconnect with body and mind.
